Detection Description
Rotation operation error of the reverse assembly was detected.
Remedy
[Related parts]
• Harnesses from the Reverse Assembly Position Sensor 1 (SN7) to the
Main board
• Harnesses from the Reverse Assembly Position Sensor 2 (SN8) to the
Main board
• Harnesses from the Reverse Assembly Rotation Motor (PM3) to the
Main board
• Reverse Assembly Position Sensor 1 (SN7)
• Reverse Assembly Position Sensor 2 (SN8)
• Reverse Assembly Rotation Motor (PM3)
• Main board
[Remedy]
1. Check the reaction of the Reverse Assembly Position Sensor 1 (SN7)
and the Re verse Assembly Position Sensor 2 (SN8) in the sensor
check mode of the service mode (page 27).
2. Check/replace the related harness/cable, connector and parts.

• Harnesses from the Platen Lift Motor (DM5) to the Main board
• Platen Position Sensor 1 (SN16)
• Platen Position Sensor 2 (SN17)
• Platen Lift Motor (DM5)
• Main board
[Remedy]
1. Check the reaction of the Platen Position Sensor 1 (SN16) and the
Platen Position Sensor 2 (SN17) in the sensor check mode of the
service mode (page 27).
2. Check/replace the related harness/cable, connector and parts.

• Harnesses from the Heat Roller Lift Motor (DM6) to the Main board
• Heat Roller Position Sensor 1 (SN18)
• Heat Roller Position Sensor 2 (SN25)
• Heat Roller Lift Motor (DM6)
• Main board
[Remedy]
1. Check the reaction of the Heat Roller Position Sensor 1 (SN18) and the
Heat Roller Position Sensor 2 (SN25) in the sensor check mode of the
service mode (page 27).
