Decurl assembly lift operation error
Lift operation error of the decurl assembly was detected.
• Harnesses from the Decurl Assembly Position Sensor (SN19) to the
Main board
• Harnesses from the Decurl Assembly Drive Motor (DM7) to the Main
board
• Decurl Assembly Position Sensor (SN19)
• Decurl Assembly Drive Motor (DM7)
• Main board
[Remedy]
1. Check the reaction of the Decurl Assembly Position Sensor (SN19) in
the sensor check mode of the service mode (page 27).
2. Check/replace the related harness/cable, connector and parts.
Magnetic data writing error
The writing of the magnetic data failed.
• Magnetic R/W Unit
[Remedy]
1. Check the setting direction of the magnetic card in the card case.
2. Check the magnetic card specifications.

1. Turn OFF/ON the power switch.
2. If this error occurs routinely, contact to the sales company.

Communication error between the printer and the magnetic R/W unit was
detected.
• Harnesses from the Magnetic R/W Unit to the Main board
• Magnetic R/W Unit
• Main board
[Remedy]
1. Check/replace the related harness/cable, connector and parts.
