LOADING CARDS PROBLEMS
1. Check the card thickness gauge setting
Incorrect setting of the card thickness gage can lead to loading problems. We advise to check the card
thickness in order to set the gauge correctly.
2. Clean the printer
Cleaning the printer may resolve loading problems due to excessive amounts of dirt in various parts of
the internal items.
3. Check card compatibility
Check that the dimensions and their composition is compatible with the printer.
4. Check the feeder is compatible with the size of the feeding roller.
5. Check the sensors
6. Check the card feeder
A damaged feeder can lead to loading problems.
