Figure 2 Heating Boxes
21-40-01 Inlet Box
Removal/Installation
Refer to figure 2.
1 Remove engine cowlings as per chapter 71.
2 Remove bottom fuselage cover as per chapter 53.
3 Loosen the hose clamp (10).
4 Disconnect the hose (11) from the inlet box.
5 Loosen the Bowden cable attachment bolt (8).
6 Disconnect the Bowden cable (7) from the linkage.
NOTE When removing the inlet box, the distribution box is
also unfastened. Both boxes are attached by the same
bolts.
