Navigate to Connectivity > Connection Manager > Advanced Settings.

Select Spooler Settings.
3.
In Media Spooler Jobs Display Time (mins), select the number of minutes completed jobs will display in the media spooler.
4.
In Network Spooler Jobs Display Time (mins), select the number of minutes completed jobs will display in the network spooler.
