8-5-11 Replacement of the UBE TO OPIO HUB D-SUB 15PIN Cable
This table includes information specific to these instructions. For more information 8-2-6 "Tools needed

8-5-11-1 Preparations
1.) Power off/Shutdown the system as described in 1-7-2 "Lockout/tagout procedure" on page 1-25
2.) Remove the OPIO Top Cover Set-T as described in 8-7-2 "Replacement of the OPIO Top Cover
Set-T" on page 8-89
3.) Remove the UOPIO-T Assy as described in 8-7-10 "Replacement of the UOPIO-T Assy" on page
8-98
4.) Remove the Elevation Arm Cover Set-U as described in 8-8-20 "Replacement of the Elevation Arm
Cover Set-U" on page 8-148
5.) Remove the Top Cover Assy-T as described in 8-8-17 "Replacement of the Top Cover Assy-T" on
page 8-145
6.) Remove the T2 Side Cover R Assy as described in 8-8-8 "Replacement of the T2 Side Cover R
Assy" on page 8-136
8-5-11-2 Removal Procedure

1. Unlock Cable Clamp and disconnect the UBE To OPIO HUB USB 3.0 Cable from OPIO HUB.
2. Rotate studs of the OPIO HUB D-SUB 15PIN Cable
counterclockwise to disconnect the UBE TO OPIO
HUB D-SUB 15PIN Cable.
3. Cut 4 Cable Ties.
4. Pull the UBE To OPIO Touch Panel HDMI Cable and the UBE To OPIO HUB USB 3.0 Cable to remove from the T2 OPIO
BASE. Pull UBE TO OPIO HUB D-SUB 15PIN Cable to remove from the T2 OPIO BASE.
