Segment Measurement
The Segmented memory function can be used in
conjunction with the automatic measurements in
the Measurement menu.
This function will either perform
statistics calculations on the
segments or tabulate a list of the
measurement results.
Provides configuration information
common for all the acquired memory
segments.
Automatic Measurement
The Segments Measure function allows you to
view automatic measurements for the segments in
statistical bins or as a list displaying the result of
each automatic measurement.
This function will bin the
measurement results of a single
automatic measurement into a
user-defined number of bins.
This allows you to easily view
statistics for a large number of
segments. For example, the
statistics function will display
the number of results for each
bin and the measurement range
of each bin for the selected
automatic measurement.
