(1) Access panel N/A
(2) Power supply air baffle Provides ventilation aisles for power supplies.
(3) Chassis-open alarm module
Generates a chassis open alarm every time the access panel is removed.
The alarms can be displayed from the HDM Web interface.
(4) Processor heatsink Cools the processor.
(5) Processor
Integrates a memory processing unit and a PCIe controller to provide
data processing capabilities for the server.
(6) System board
One of the most important parts of a server, on which multiple
components are installed, such as processor, memory, and fan. It is
integrated with basic server components, including the BIOS chip, HDM
chip, and PCIe riser connectors.
(7) Storage controller
Provides RAID capability for the server to virtualize storage resources of
SAS/SATA drives. It supports RAID capability expansion, configuration
remembering, online upgrade, and remote configuration.
(8) System battery Supplies power to the system clock.
(9) Riser card Installed in the server to provide additional slots for PCIe modules.
(10) Drive cage Encloses drives.
(11) Power supply
Supplies power to the server. It supports hot swapping and 1+1
redundancy.
(12) Riser blank Installed on an empty riser card connector to ensure good ventilation.
