Assembly and Commissioning Instructions Servo amplifier D1-N
The D1-N drive amplifier allows up to 16 000 position correction points to be stored
directly in the drive amplifier. The raw data for the correction points can be cap-
tured with a glass scale or laser interferometer for example.
