Linear motor parameterisation
LM motor selection
Opening the “Linear” tab presents a selection of the HIWIN linear motor types. In
this example, only the weight of the moved drive masses need be set.

If a non-HIWIN motor is used, all motor parameters must be taken from the motor
manufacturer’s manual and entered in the corresponding fields. “Customized Lin-
ear” with these parameter settings can be added to the motor database.
