As soon as the command for energising the motor is executed, the internal stand-
ard process starts with relevant timing for energising the motor.

Preconditions for using the safety function
DANGER!
Electric shock due to incorrect use
The STO (Safe Torque Off) safety function does not result in electrical isolation.
The DC intermediate circuit voltage is still present
even after the safety function
has been activated. Therefore use a suitable switch to cut off the mains voltage to
achieve a voltage-free device status.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in death or serious
injury.
