To open the glass hatch, press the
glass hatch release button on the
tailgate.
If you need to unlock the tailgate
manually, it means there is a
problem with the tailgate. Have the
vehicle checked by your dealer.
Push the release lever to the right as
shown.
Make sure the shift lever is in the
Park (P) position.
Ifyoucannotopenthetailgate,
remove the cover on the back of the
tailgate (see page ). Make sure
the shift lever is in the Park (P)
position. Push the release lever to
the right as shown, then pull the
outer handle to open the tailgate.
To close the glass hatch, lower it and
press on the handle until it latches.
