Sequence of Events Events
The following table identifies the Sequence of Events event types and descriptions
available:
When the DIMODE parameter on IOM FB is configured to Sequence of
Events and EVTOPT parameter on Digital Input channel block configured to
Sequence of Events:
ï‚· state changes detected by the IOM are reported as "SoeEvt" events with
0.1ms time resolution on Sequence of Events Event Summary display
ï‚· these events have msec resolution on Event Summary display however;
the tooltip on the Event summary display displays time in 0.1msec
resolution
When there is a burst of state change events, it can cause the module
Sequence of Events event buffer to overflow. Under the following
circumstances:
ï‚· IOM posts a "SoeLost" event in the PVCL
ï‚· You see a "SoeLost" reported against the module in the Sequence of
Events Event Summary page
ï‚· The event informs you that there are some events lost during this time
When there is a state change event fetched from the IOM after the
communication between C300 and IOM had been lost for about 60 seconds
or more:
ï‚· the "SoeEvtNotCorr " event is reported with the latest time (current time of
the time source)
When there is a "SoeLost" event fetched from the IOM after the
communication between C300 and IOM had lost for about 60 seconds or
more:
ï‚· the "SoeLostNotCorr" event is reported with the latest time stamp (current
time of the time source)
