Diagnostic check:
Check reference voltage
Cause:
Internal 5V reference out of range in Analog Input or internal
AA55 reference test failed in the case of Digital Input.
Solution:
Replace the Analog Input or Digital Input IOM.

Analog to digital conversion on this Analog Input channel is out of range.
Diagnostic check:
Check input wiring.
Cause:
Analog to digital conversion on this Analog Input channel is out
of range.
Solution:
Check the input wiring at the IOTA; possible open contact.
Otherwise, replace the IOM.
