10.  Replace the Span Gas Concentration default value (50% FSD in the example below) with the required figure:  
a)  If carrying out a loop calibration by forcing the output this will typically be 100% FSD, corresponding to 20mA. 
b)  If carrying out a direct gas calibration of a sensor, enter the span gas concentration to be used, normally from 
the cylinder label.  
11.  Select Accept

12.  When ready select OK and generate an equivalent gas reading at the sensor, either by forcing a value at the 
transmitter or applying span gas to the sensor.  
13.  View the signal reading until it is stable, and then select Accept 
14.  Confirm that the reading is correct, and select Save then OK 
15.  Return the sensor to normal operation, and confirm that the signal has returned to zero 
16.  Select Clear inhibit to remove the channel inhibit
