Disconnect the connector R1 of the detergent pump R from the main machine wiring.

Connect the two wires N to the pump connector R1, paying attention to the polarity.

Connect the red wire N1 to the red wire R2 on the pump and the black wire N2 to the blue wire R3 on the
pump.

Connect the other end of the red wire N1 to the positive pole of the battery and the other end of the black wire
N2 to the negative pole.

When powered directly, if the pump is operating correctly, it should start turning.

Pump operation can be verified by touching the pump with your hand, or removing the hose to the solenoid
valve.

After checking detergent pump operation, you are recommended to also check the current draw and flow rate
of the pump.

Connect the clamp meter to the red wire N1 to read the current draw of the pump in operation.

Fill the detergent tank with 20-30 litres of water and proceed to check the flow rate.

Push button M+ to regulate water delivery on the control panel to maximum, six LEDs on (see point 38) and
use a graduated container to check the actual flow rate of the detergent pump.
