If possible, obtain a graduated recipient with a capacity of 5 litres to check the flow rate of the water precisely
and reliably.
Gravity causes detergent to flow out of the hose even when the pump is off. Before placing the
hose in the recipient, you should therefore close the end with a finger, removing it the instant
you activate the pump.
17
Remember to carry out the test with the brushes removed from the head.
18
Place one of the two ends of the wire N (negative or positive) on the battery pole, place the hose in the
graduated container, connect the end of the other wire N to the other battery pole and at the same time
command delivery of the solution. Deliver water for a minute (1’). If the pump is efficient, it should deliver
from 9.5 to 11 litres of detergent.
19
If the quantity of detergent delivered by the pump is correct, restore the hydraulic and electrical connections.
