B1.1 Checking the current draw of the suction motor

Make sure the batteries on the machine are charged (36 V ± 1 V).

Obtain a clamp meter able to read up to 200 A (amps), see photograph below.

Move the machine to the tank draining area and completely empty both tanks.

Move the machine onto a flat dry area of floor.

Make sure there is sufficient space around the machine to carry out the tests safely.

For convenience, enter the user programming board and disable “AutoPowerOFF”.

To change AutoPowerOFF to OFF, follow the instructions in the annexed USER PROGRAMMING sheet or
proceed as described below.
A Press the display button A for at least 10 seconds until the first selectable parameter, the language, is
displayed.
B Press the display button A again to scroll through the menu until you reach "Program 1 AutoPowerOFF ON".
See also the instructions in paragraph A1.1.
C Press the "+" and "-" buttons B to change the setting from "ON" to "OFF"
D Keep the display button A pressed for a few seconds to save the new settings.

Turn the ignition key C to position "0".
9
Apply the electrical bridge D to the "operator present" micro switch (under the seat).
