Fuel filters, drain valves, carburettor bowl – Check values for leakage, check and replace fuel filters
at required intervals, remove and inspect carburettor bowl for contaminants.
Fuel tank vent, cap & Placards – Check function, check placard placement
Fuel tanks – Inspect for signs of leakage or damage on tanks and wing root fittings and lines
Tank attachments – Check correct fitting
Fuel shut-off valve & placards – Check correct function and ensure placards are in place
Electronic boost pump – Check correct function and sufficient flow rate
Fuel lines and connectors – Check for signs of deterioration, obstruction, foreign matter etc
Fire sleeves – Check condition and length of fire sleeves
Fuel line sheath inside cabin – Check sheaths are secure, check for rips, tear, leakage etc.
Fuel flow Rate – Check as detailed in JEM0002
