21.1.4 Landing Gear (refer to section 5.11)

Shockwave indicator tripped (if fitted)
Main gear wheels & fairings – Remove fairings, inspect fairings and wheels for damage
Nose gear wheel, steering links, tension links and fairings - Inspect for damage
Wheel bearings – Check for smooth rotation
Nose gear strut – Check for rubbing, cracks missing hardware etc
Nose gear housing & bushes – Inspect for sign of wear
Main gear legs, clamps, bolts & nuts – Check for rubbing, cracks, corrosion, missing hardware
Main gear bolts – Replace as specified by intervals in section 5.3
Tyres and tubes – Check pressure, examine for wear, cuts, bruises and slippage
Brake fluid, hoses, linings, discs, brake assemblies & master cylinder(s)
Rod ends – Check condition, freedom of movement
