Switches and fuses – inspect for condition, function and security
Pitot & Static system – Check condition, leaks and blockages
Radio intercom & headsets - check correct function and condition
Antenna & cables – Check condition
Door catches – Check condition and function
Stall warning – Check correctly functions
Battery, battery cradle & cables – Check condition
Battery electrolyte – Check for leaks etc
Carbon monoxide detector (if fitted) – within expiry
Emergency beacon – within useful life, test in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions
Landing / Taxi light alignment – (Night VFR equipped aircraft only)
