Traction Fault 6214
1. Fault: No traction with a 6214 fault shown in LDU
2. Possible root cause(s) and troubleshooting
procedure:
• Brake sensor – Measure 0.38VDC to 0.70VDC
between J49-C and J49-B (GND.) If signal is less
than 0.38VDC with brake pedal not depressed,
switch is faulty.
3. Fixes:
• Replace faulty brake sensor
4. If unit still does not operate after performing all the
above procedures, please contact Technical Support
immediately.
Traction Motor Amps
See Figure 4-56.

Cycle through the LCD menu until the traction motor
current screen is displayed. When the traction motor is
activated, the display will indicate the amount of current
drawn by the motor.
3WD Fault 7310
1. Fault: No traction in 3WD mode with a 7310 fault
shown in LDU.
2. Possible root cause(s) and troubleshooting
procedure:
• Speed sensor signal not reaching 3WD
controller. Visually inspect for damage to the
3WD motor signal cable wires.
3. Fixes:
• Replace 3WD motor signal harness – Part
Number 4281552
4. If unit still does not operate after performing all the
above procedures, please contact Technical Support
immediately.
3WD Fault 4310 and 4210
1. Fault: No traction in 3WD mode with a 4310 or 4210
fault shown in LDU
2. Possible root cause(s) and troubleshooting
procedure:
• Temperature sensor signal not reaching 3WD
controller. Visually inspect for damage to the
3WD motor signal cable wires.
3. Fixes:
• Replace 3WD motor signal harness – Part
Number 4281552
4. If unit still does not operate after performing all the
above procedures, please contact Technical Support
immediately.
