allowed
A legal expression data was found, but it is not allowed at this
point in the parsing.
–180 Macro error A problem was found with a macro element. The exact problem
cannot be specifically identified.
–181 Invalid outside macro
definition
Indicates that a macro parameter placeholder was encountered
outside of a macro definition.
–183 Invalid inside macro
definition
Indicates that the program message unit sequence, sent with a
*DDT or *DMC command, is syntactically invalid
–184 Macro parameter error Indicates that a command inside the macro definition had the
wrong number or type of parameters.
Err# Message Verbose/Correction Information
0 No error The queue is empty. Either every error in the queue has been
read, or the queue was cleared by power-on or *CLS.
