Display and Assist/Function Keys
Show Trigger Displays the trigger setup sub-panel shown in “Trigger Setup
Sub-panel” on page 157, and changes the softkey label to Hide
Trigger.
Hide Trigger Displays the range setup sub-panel and changes the softkey
label to Show Trigger.
Show Noise. Displays the real-time noise monitor and changes the softkey
label to Hide Noise.. For details of the real-time noise monitor,
see “Real-time Noise Monitor” on page 245.
Hide Noise. Displays the range setup sub-panel shown in “Range Setup
Sub-panel” on page 151, and changes the softkey label to
Show Noise..
More... (B2985B/B2987B) Changes the assist keys to Assist keys 3.
Assist keys 3 Source (B2985B/B2987B) Displays the field pointer on the Voltage
Source field, with the EDIT (green) status.
To change the output voltage value, turn the rotary knob.
To settle the value, press the rotary knob or the unit (V or mV)
assist key.
Show Preview (B2985B/B2987B) Displays the preview graph of the voltage
source output instead of the measurement value(s) on the
upper half display, and changes the softkey label to Hide
Preview.
Hide Preview (B2985B/B2987B) Cancels the preview graph, displays the
measurement value(s), and changes the softkey label to Show
Preview.
Show VS Func. (B2985B/B2987B) Displays the source function sub-panel
shown in “Source Function Sub-panel (B2985B/B2987B)” on
page 153, and changes the softkey label to Hide VS Func..
Hide VS Func. (B2985B/B2987B) Displays the range setup sub-panel and
changes the softkey label to Show VS Func..
More... (B2985B/B2987B) Changes the assist keys to Assist keys 1.
Softkey labels Show XXXX and Hide XXXX are switched by pressing the key.
