Disassemble the system board assembly for recycle
Follow the instructions in this section to disassemble the system board assembly before recycling.
Before disassembling the system board assembly:
1. Remove the system board assembly from the server. See
“Remove the processor board” on page 273.
2. Refer to local environmental, waste or disposal regulations to ensure compliance.
Procedure
Step 1. Identify the screws listed below and pay attention to their quantity. Remove the screws to separate
the processor board from the supporting metal sheet.
