14.3.3 Program modification function
The sequence program can be transferred while the PLC is running or in the stopped state as shown below.

*1. Since the writing function is used in running status, the programming tool must support the write during RUN
function, such as GX Works2 or GX Developer.
→ For the writing function during running, refer to Subsection 5.2.5.
*2. GX Works2 Ver. 1.62Q or later is required to execute writing of the symbolic information.
→ Refer to the GX Works2 Version 1 Operating Manual (Common) for
the details on the writing of symbolic information.
