You can change the sender name (originator) that is printed on a sent fax. To change the
name, you must register the originator name in advance.
Before using the following function, check that the [TTI] setting is enabled.
Disclosing a Sender Name (Originator) to the Recipient
Only use alphanumeric characters for [Sender ID].
If you set [Sender ID], the name is automatically registered to [TTI 1].
Easy Setup
You can register up to three sender names (originators).

Press [Device Settings] on the touch panel.

Press or several times and press [Admin Setup].

Enter the administrator name and password and press [OK].
The factory default administrator name and password are "admin" and "999999"
respectively.

Press or several times and press [User Install].

Press or several times and press [TTI Register/Edit].

Press an originator number to register.

Enter a name.
You can enter up to 22 characters.

Press [OK].

Press [Back] until the home screen is displayed.
