5. Fax
To hear the monitor sound during fax transmission and reception, set as described below.

Press [Device Settings] on the touch panel.

Press or several times and press [Admin Setup].

Enter the administrator name and password and press [OK].
The factory default administrator name and password are "admin" and "999999"
respectively.

Press or several times and press [User Install].

Press or several times and press [Monitor Control].

Select a monitor control.

Press [Back] until the home screen is displayed.
If [Forwarding Setting] is enabled, you can automatically forward received faxes to a
specified destination as fax documents.
• If [Forwarding Setting] is enabled, the machine does not print received faxes.
• If [Reception Mode] is set to [Tel Ready Mode], the forwarding function is disabled.
Register a forward destination by following the procedure below.
