Note 1 The contents of the error flags for a number duplication error are as follows:
Bits 0 to 7: Unit number (binary), 00 to 5F hex for Special I/O Units,
00 to 0F hex for CPU Bus Units
Bits 8 to 14: All zeros.
Bit 15: Unit type OFF: CPU Bus Unit
ON: Special I/O Unit
2 Only the contents of A295 is stored as the error flag contents for program
errors.
3 C101 to C2FF will be stored for FALS numbers 001 to 511.
