Receiving New Batteries
When you receive new batteries, charge each new battery prior to placing in use (see Charging the Batteries Using the Station or
Mobile Li-ion Battery Charger (p. 164)).
WARNING
POSSIBLE LOSS OF POWER DURING PATIENT CARE New batteries may not be fully
charged. Failure to charge a battery before use may cause device power failure without
warning. Always charge a new battery before placing it in use.
