Procedure 12: Configure an Inbound and Outbound
Access List
For security reasons it is important that an Access Control List is configured for both inbound
and outbound network traffic on the switch port that the RMX Management Network (LAN 3
port) is connected to. The format and configuration method of the Access Control List will
vary depending on the type of switch that is used.
