File Properties Not Shown in Menus
Files with one of the properties listed below (case sensitive) are considered
system files and are not shown
in System > Flash File View or within the System > Flash File Edit > Delete Files menu.
NOTE: DO NOT download any user files with the one of the properties
shown in Table 10.

Make sure the printer is powered up, in ONLINE mode, and the Ethernet cable is connected.
2.
Obtain the IP address from the front panel ONLINE screen (or under Network in Settings ).
3.
Enter the IP address of the printer in your browser (e.g., http://10.224.5.21).
4.
Enter “root” for the user name when prompted, and click OK.
5.
Click “Printer” in the Configuration box. The following webpage will display. Click “File Management” to
download the file.
