7. Release the carriage from the timing belt. Make sure the top [1] and bottom [2] of the belt are
disengaged from the carriage.
8. Remove the carriage together with the ink tubes.
• Place the carriage it on a sheet of paper to prevent ink stains.
9. Disconnect the ink tubes, and then connect them to the new carriage.
