Accurately Adjusng the Misalignment of the Ink Landing Posion
This adjusts the landing posion of the ink discharged from the print heads. You can make adjustments more accu-
rately than [MEDIA GAP ADJ. SIMPLE SETTING]. The landing posion varies according to the print head height and
the thickness of the media, so we recommend that you make correcons to match the media you are using.
First, print a test paern, and then determine and enter the correcon value. Aer entering the correcon value,
print a test paern again and check the correcon results.
This adjustment must be performed in the following cases.
• When using this machine for the rst me
• When changing the media to use
• When you have changed the print-head height
• When prinng is not improved by performing [MEDIA GAP ADJ. SIMPLE SETTING] (Adjust the misalignment of the ink
landing posion.(P. 139))
