Accurately Adjusng the Misalignment of the Ink Landing Posion
This adjusts the landing posion of the ink discharged from the print heads. You can make adjustments more accu-
rately than [MEDIA GAP ADJ. SIMPLE SETTING]. The landing posion varies according to the print head height and
the thickness of the media, so we recommend that you make correcons to match the media you are using.
First, print a test paern, and then determine and enter the correcon value. Aer entering the correcon value,
print a test paern again and check the correcon results.
This adjustment must be performed in the following cases.
When using this machine for the rst me
When changing the media to use
When you have changed the print-head height
When prinng is not improved by performing [MEDIA GAP ADJ. SIMPLE SETTING] (Adjust the misalignment of the ink
landing posion.(P. 139))

select "+5" for H1 and H3 and "+4" for H2 and H4. When you cannot choose between two sequenal num-
bers, select a value that is between them (you can set correcon values in units of "0.5").
