Is the printer's operaon panel in use?
When you are using the printer's operaon panel, you cannot perform operaons from the dedicated mobile ap-
plicaon (hereinaer referred to as the "operaon applicaon"). Stop performing operaons from the operaon
panel, and then press [MENU] on the operaon panel.

Is printer-side Bluetooth communicaon turned on?
The printer's Bluetooth communicaon is turned o in the default sengs. When using the operaon applicaon,
use the printer's operaon panel to turn on Bluetooth communicaon.

Is the operaon applicaon connected to a dierent printer?
You can only connect to one printer from a mobile terminal on which the operaon applicaon has been installed.
If you want to operate mulple printers, use the operaon applicaon to select the printer that you will connect
to.
Is the printer-side Bluetooth communicaon normal?
The state of the printer's Bluetooth communicaon is displayed on the screen.
• ENABLE: The printer's Bluetooth communicaon is on, and the printer is waing for a connecon to be estab-
lished. If you cannot operate this machine from the operaon applicaon that you are using, there is a prob-
lem with the connecon environment. Check the causes of other problems.
• ENABLE*: The printer's Bluetooth communicaon is on, and the printer is connected to the operaon applica-
on.
• DISABLE: The printer's Bluetooth communicaon is o.
• ERROR: An error has occurred in the printer's Bluetooth communicaon. Purchase them from your authorized
Roland DG Corporaon dealer.
However, when the above screen is displayed, you cannot perform operaons from the operaon applicaon.

Is the distance between the printer and the mobile terminal too far?
The valid range for Bluetooth communicaon is approximately 10 m. Bring the printer and the mobile terminal on
which the operaon applicaon has been installed as close together as possible.
