Are there any obstacles between the printer and the mobile terminal?
If obstacles (such as people, metal, and walls) are present between the printer and the mobile terminal, Bluetooth
communicaon may be unstable. Use the operaon applicaon from a locaon where there are no obstacles be-
tween the printer and the mobile terminal.
Is the mobile terminal's Bluetooth funcon turned on?
Check the Bluetooth status of the mobile terminal. For the usage method of your mobile terminal, refer to its us-
er's manual.
Is there a wireless LAN unit or anything else in the vicinity that is causing Bluetooth com-
municaon to be unstable?
The Bluetooth communicaon status may become unstable if:
• A wireless LAN is in place in the locaon.
• The devices are in the vicinity of a microwave that is in use.
• Other electromagnec waves are generated in the locaon.
