Have you tried mixing the ink by shaking the pouch trays?
If colors are uneven, remove the pouch trays, and then shake them gently.
If uneven color issues with white ink are not resolved even aer shaking the pouch trays to mix the ink, perform
"damper cleaning."
If uneven color issues with ink other than white ink (LcLmLk ink or CMYK ink) are not resolved even aer shaking
the pouch trays to mix the ink, perform super cleaning.

Is the media wrinkled?
If the media is wrinkled and comes loose from the platen, colors may be uneven or the prinng quality may suer.

Was prinng paused partway through?
When prinng is paused, the coloring at the seam may be altered when prinng resumes. Avoid pausing prinng.
Before you perform lengthy prinng, check the amount of ink remaining in the ink pouches. Prinng may also
pause when data is not sent from the computer quickly enough. We recommend not performing any other tasks
with the computer while prinng is in progress.
Is the printer installed in a level and stable locaon?
Never install the machine in a locaon where it is lted or where it may wobble or experience vibraon. Also make
sure that the print heads are not exposed to moving air. These factors may lead to dot drop-out or reduced print-
ing quality.
Is the media loaded correctly?
If the media is not loaded correctly or the media feed is not smooth, prinng may be adversely aected. Load the
media correctly.

Are the operang parameters set to appropriate values?
Depending on the sengs for such menu items as [FULL WIDTH S] and [PERIODIC CL.], uneven colors may occur. If
the sengs have been changed, try restoring them to their default values.
