Have you tried mixing the ink by shaking the pouch trays?
If colors are uneven, remove the pouch trays, and then shake them gently.
If uneven color issues with white ink are not resolved even aer shaking the pouch trays to mix the ink, perform
"damper cleaning."
If uneven color issues with ink other than white ink (LcLmLk ink or CMYK ink) are not resolved even aer shaking
the pouch trays to mix the ink, perform super cleaning.

Was prinng paused partway through?
When prinng is paused, the coloring at the seam may be altered when prinng resumes. Avoid pausing prinng.
Before you perform lengthy prinng, check the amount of ink remaining in the ink pouches. Prinng may also
pause when data is not sent from the computer quickly enough. We recommend not performing any other tasks
with the computer while prinng is in progress.
Is the printer installed in a level and stable locaon?
Never install the machine in a locaon where it is lted or where it may wobble or experience vibraon. Also make
sure that the print heads are not exposed to moving air. These factors may lead to dot drop-out or reduced print-
ing quality.
Is the media loaded correctly?
If the media is not loaded correctly or the media feed is not smooth, prinng may be adversely aected. Load the
media correctly.

the sengs have been changed, try restoring them to their default values.
