Expansion of user memory

The user memory for PCD1 CPUs can be expanded with RAM, EPROM and, from
rmwareversion002,withFlashEPROM,up to a maximum of 1 Mbit.
Thebasememorythusreleasedcanbeconguredasextensionmemoryandused
to hold 13 Kbytes of texts and DBs.
As the price differences between the different memory chips are very small, we rec-
ommend the use of the following types:
