Q Calibration gas flow control
Introduce the calibration gas according to the manual calibration step 1. to 4., and control the
flow by the pressure regulator needle to adjust the flowmeter indication on the analyzer front
panel is 0.6 L/min ±0.1 L/min.
Note
When the air is used as zero gas (it is span gas for the O
2
analyzer), flow control of zero gas (it is span
gas for the O
2
analyzer) is not required.
At air zero calibration (it is span calibration for the O
2
analyzer), the flowmeter indication is 0 L/min.
