FAULT 25 Continued... BOOT A: LOW PRESSURE (Cont’d)
6. Relief valve on control handle boot "A" is not working
properly. Call STERIS.*
7. Relief valve pressure incorrectly adjusted. Call STERIS.*
8. Premature wear of rotary spray arm assembly core.
Replace if necessary.
9. For a 50 Hz processor, ensure there is no spacer
between valve cap and valve stem.
10. Pressure sensor hose is disconnected or damaged. If
damaged, call STERIS.*
11. Pressure sensor connector seal is damaged, call STERIS.*
12. Control handle boot "A" latches are defective or damaged,
call STERIS.*
13. Recirculation system obstruction. Call STERIS.*
Alarm sounds, and display shows:
FAULT 26
CYCLE DELAYED
alternating with:
SEE FAULT CHART
CYCLE DELAYED

BOOT B: LOW PRESSURE
1. An endoscope of a diameter smaller than template is
processed without proper insertion tube sleeve. Use
insertion tube sleeve as per procedure in control handle
boot "B" (refer to S
ECTION 4.3).
2. An endoscope without a light cord is processed without
control handle boot plug. Use control handle boot plug in
control handle boot "B" as per procedure (refer to
S
ECTION 4.3).
3. Only one endoscope is processed and has been put in
control handle boot "B" instead of "A" (refer to S
ECTION 4.3).
4. Control handle boot is not latched. Latch and try again.
5. Clogged debris screen. Clean debris screen.
6. Relief valve on control handle boot "B" is not working
properly. Call STERIS.*
7. Relief valve pressure incorrectly adjusted. Call STERIS.*
8. Premature wear of rotary spray arm assembly core.
Replace if necessary.
9. For a 50 Hz processor, ensure there is no spacer
