Alarm sounds, and display shows:
FAULT 30
CYCLE DELAYED
alternating with:
SEE FAULT CHART
CYCLE DELAYED

0.2 µm FILTER FAILURE
1. Try to resume cycle by pressing START touch pad. If
situation reoccurs, abort cycle.
2. 0.2 μm bacterial-retentive filter is defective. Replace filter
cartridge. Refer to S
ECTION 6.10.2 for procedure.
3. If situation reoccurs, confirm that venting connection is
attached to filter housing cap and filter housing cap is
properly installed (refer to S
ECTION 6.10.2). If situation
reoccurs, call STERIS.*

Possible causes:
1. An endoscope of a diameter larger than template is
processed with insertion tube sleeve(s). Do not use
insertion tube sleeve for these endoscopes (refer to
S
ECTION 4.3).
2. Relief valve is not working properly. Call STERIS.*
3. Relief valve pressure incorrectly adjusted. Call STERIS.*
4. If 60 Hz processor, ensure there is a spacer between
valve cap and valve stem.
5. Try to resume cycle by pressing START
touch pad. If
situation reoccurs, call STERIS.*
