Alarm sounds, and display shows:
FAULT 35
CYCLE DELAYED
alternating with:
SEE FAULT CHART
CYCLE DELAYED
Printout message:

BOOT B: OVER PRESSURE
This message warns operator that high pressure in control
handle boot "B" could damage endoscope.
IMPORTANT: If high level disinfection solution remains in
sump, call STERIS.*
Possible causes:
1. An endoscope of a diameter larger than template is
processed with insertion tube sleeve(s). Do not use
insertion tube sleeve for these endoscopes (refer to
S
ECTION 4.3).
2. Relief valve is not working properly. Call STERIS.*
3. Relief valve pressure incorrectly adjusted. Call STERIS.*
4. For a 60 Hz processor, ensure there is a spacer between
valve cap and valve stem.
5. Try to resume cycle by pressing START
touch pad. If
situation reoccurs, call STERIS.*

0.2 µm FILTER PRESSURE TOO LOW
Possible causes:
1. Air compressor is not generating adequate pressure. Call
STERIS.*
2. Defective air regulator, call STERIS.*
3. Orange O-ring located in 0.2
μm bacterial-retentive filter
housing cap is not installed properly. Reinstall O-ring.
4. Orange O-ring located in 0.2 μm bacterial-retentive filter
housing cap is damaged. Replace O-ring (P117015-006).
5. Verify if hot water inlet check valve is blocked by debris or
damaged. Call STERIS.*
