The I™ can be configured to display information in English,
German, or French.
2.5 The INTERCEPTOR™ Unit Hardware Configurations
The following abbreviations are used when denoting hardware configurations:
G Gamma
N Neutron
id Nuclide identification (not to be confused with “ID,” which defines a
mode of operation later within this manual).
The I™ is manufactured in four (4) configurations:

Advanced gamma finder
INTERCEPTOR™ GN
Advanced gamma and neutron finder
INTERCEPTOR™ Gid
Advanced gamma finder with identification
INTERCEPTOR™ GNid

2.6 Maintenance
The I™ is maintenance free, with the exception of occasional
software updates. The manufacturer recommends yearly optimization for the
