3.2 Removing/installing fan blades
Preparations
Auxiliary tool:
• Elbowed fork spanner 1 (wrench size 48)
• Hook wrench 2
1. Park the machine on firm, level and dry ground.
2. Apply the parking brake.
3. Lower the loader unit to the ground.
4. Stop the engine.
5. Wait one minute.
6. Open the engine cover.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to hot and moving engine parts!
Hot and moving engine parts can cause injury.
► Do not open the engine cover if the engine is running.
► Let the engine cool down.
► Wear protective equipment.
Disassemble
1. Remove the clamp 1 and pull out the upper water hose.
2. Remove the hose bracket 2.
3. Remove screw 3.
4. Remove the hydraulic connection 4.
5. Close openings with suitable plugs.
6. Remove screw 5.
7. Push the cooler as far back as possible.
