6. Loosen the union nut on the service brake 3.
7. Remove the hydraulic line.
8. Close the hydraulic line and service brake with plugs.
9. Slightly loosen all wheel nuts on both front wheels 4 (SW 27).
10.Slightly lift front chassis section with jack or crane.
11.Set down the front chassis section on two trestles 5 of sufficient
dimensions.
12.Remove the wheels.
13.Raise the loader unit and secure it against unintentional lowering with
a suitable support 6.
14.Disassemble the Bowden cable holder – see “Removing/installing the
Bowden cable for the fixed brakes” on page 6-11.
