Reversing lever
8.10 Removing/installing the reversing lever
Preparing work
Tools:
Suitable lifting tackle with a carrying capacity of at least 35 kg
Suitable receptacle for collecting the hydraulic oil
Plugs (different sizes) for closing the oil lines

Environment
Use a suitable container to collect the hydraulic oil as it drains off and
dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner!
Removing/installing the rear reversing lever
CAUTION
Injury hazard due to heavy component!
The reversing lever weighs approx. 30 kg.
To remove and install the reversing lever, use suitable lifting gear or work
together with a second person.
1. Reduce the load on the loader unit by lowering the quickhitch 1 to the
ground.
WARNING
Injury hazard due to pressure
A thin jet of hydraulic oil escaping under high pressure can penetrate the
skin.
Seek medical attention immediately if hydraulic oil penetrates the skin
or eyes.
Only open hydraulic systems after the pressure in them has been
released.
Wear protective clothes.
