INSTALLATION
1.1nstall:
• Spring retainers
NOTE: _
Attach the damper spring compressor CD on
the spring seat ® and compress the
damper spring, then install the spring
retainers.

2.1nstall:
• Bearing

Installation steps:
.Install the new bearing by reversing the
removal steps.
NOTE:
Use a socket CD that matches the diameter
of the outer bearing race and the oil seal.
Do
not contact the bearing center race ®
or balls @. Contact should be made only
with the outer race @.

3.lnstall:
• Bearing retainer
CD

Install steps:
• Attach the folded rag
®.
• Secure the bearing'housing edge in the vise.
. • Attach the bearing retainer wrench
@.
Bearing retainer wrench:
YM-04057, 90890-04057
• Tighten the bearing retainer.
The
middle driven shaft bearing retainer
has left-handed threads. To
tighten the
retainer turn it counterclockwise.
'. Bearing retainer:
110 Nm (11.0 m • kg, 79.6 ft ·Ib)
