PUSH ROD INSPECTION
1.lnspect:
• Push rod
#1 CD
• O-ring _
• Ball ®
• Push rod #2 @
Cracks/wear/damage -7 Replace.
PRIMARY DRIVE GEAR INSTALLATION
1.1nstall:
• Drive gear (oil
pump) CD
• Claw washer
• Lock washer _
• Nut (primary drive gear)

NOTE: _
• Place a copper plate ® between the teeth
of the primary drive gear @ and primary
driven gear to lock them.
2.Bend:
• Lock washer tab (along a flat side
of the nut)
CLUTCH INSTALLATION
1.lnstall:
• Lock
washer CD _
• Nut (clutch boss) ®

NOTE: _
Tighten the nut (clutch boss) ® while hold-
ing the clutch boss with a clutch holding
tool@).
. Clutch holding tool:
YM-91042, 90890-04086
2.Bend:
• Lock
washer tab (along a flat side of the
nut)
3.1 nsta II:
• Friction plates CD
• Clutch plates ®

Installation steps:
.Install one friction plate and one clutch
plate alternately.
