Note: For T23P/T23G/T40P/T40G IP phones, we recommend you not to download a large number of con-
tacts from the server.

Description
It configures the time (in milliseconds) to wait for the IP phone to display the loading tip.
If the phone doesn’t finish loading an XML page within the specified time, The tip, “Loading, please wait”
appears on the LCD screen.
Note: It is not applicable to ImageScreen Object and ImageMenu Object.
