When a 15-min period is over, the period data is automatically reported and shown in the
lower part of the window.

Click on the Stop icon (1) to stop the current 15-min counters monitoring.
Click on the Deactivate button to deactivate the 15-min normalized NE counter
computation (if the counter monitoring is stopped).
